Jon did the photography for our wedding in August, and we couldn’t have been happier with his work. From the outset Jon was approachable and friendly, and always made our meetings light-hearted and enjoyable. It rained non-stop for the duration of our wedding, but he still managed to produce an incredible set of photos that captured the day perfectly! I’d recommend Jon to anyone looking for someone to take the snaps of their big day - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Jon was friendly and really easy to talk to right from the start and made us both feel so comfortable. Neither of us are particularly confident in front of the camera but Jon directed us in what we should do during both the engagement shoot and on our wedding day. He blended into the background and took loads of photos of all of our guests, with many commenting they didn’t realise he had been there all day! Q. How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
 It&rsquo;s recommended that you book your wedding photographer at least 6-12 months in advance, as popular dates can fill up quickly.

Q. How long will it take to receive our wedding photos?
 You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about three to four weeks of your wedding.

Q. Do you also offer videography services for weddings?
 Yes, I offer videography services in addition to photography. Please get in touch for more details on how we can create a custom package that includes both photography and videography for your special day.

Q. Do we need to pay a deposit to secure our wedding date, and how much is it?
 Yes, a deposit of &pound;200 is required to secure your wedding date. I understand that all of your suppliers want a deposit when booking and that this can add up, so I try to keep my deposit as low as possible.&nbsp;

Q. How many photos will we receive?
 From a typical wedding day (full day coverage) you will receive between 500-750 images. I don&rsquo;t put a limit on the number of images I deliver. If I think it&rsquo;s a great shot, I will let you have it!

You will find the about page from my existing website between the “I’m Jon: tea-lover, husband, father, photographer, writer, book-worm, teacher, cricket-watcher, Peak-District explorer. Not necessarily in that order! I live in Derby with my wife Anna and our beautiful daughters Eleanor and Sophie.

Anna introduced me to cricket when we met. Until then I couldn’t see the point of a game that lasted for five days and could end in a rain-induced draw! However, by the time I proposed to her in 2010, we couldn’t think of a better venue than a cricket ground for our wedding reception! At the time, it was certainly the best day of my life – joint best now, since Ellie and Sophie arrived! – and well worth all the hours of planning that went into it. We LOVE looking back at our album and reminiscing about our day. We love that Ellie and Sophie are both now old enough so that we can sit down and show her how young and good-looking her parents once were!”.
